Lovekeys – Terms of Sale

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the sale of products ("Products") by Lovekeys to its customers ("Buyers"). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms, which override any other conditions, including those set by the Buyer.

2. Scope of Sale
Sales are limited to Buyers located in France, with delivery available to metropolitan areas and selected regions. Transactions made through this site are governed by French law.

3. Definitions

• Buyer: A consumer, individual, or entity purchasing Products.
• Product: Any goods offered for sale by Lovekeys.
• Site: The website where Lovekeys conducts its sales, accessible at www.lovekeys.co.
• Order: Products requested by the Buyer through the Site.

4. Product Information
4.1 Description: All product details, including images and descriptions, are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Lovekeys cannot guarantee that product descriptions or images are error-free.
4.2 Availability: Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, the Buyer will be notified and may choose a refund or an alternative product.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping fees or customs duties may apply.
5.2 Payment: Payments are processed through secure online payment gateways. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and other methods specified on the Site.

6. Order Process
6.1 Placing an Order: The Buyer can select Products and place an order by following the steps on the Site. A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment processing.
6.2 Order Modifications: Before the order is shipped, the Buyer may modify or cancel their order by contacting customer service at support@lovekeys.co.

7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days within mainland France. These times may vary depending on the delivery address.
7.2 Address Accuracy: The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lovekeys is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer.
7.3 Delivery Issues: If the Product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, the Buyer must notify Lovekeys within 3 business days for resolution.

8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Change of Mind: Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or opened products.
8.2 Defective Products: If the Product is defective or does not meet the Buyer's expectations as per French consumer protection laws, the Buyer may request a refund, replacement, or repair within 14 days of receipt.
8.3 Return Process: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility, except for defective products.

9. Consumer Guarantees and Warranty
9.1 French Consumer Protection Law: Products sold are covered under French consumer protection law. Buyers are entitled to remedies if a Product is defective or does not match its description.
9.2 Warranty: In addition to statutory rights, Lovekeys offers a warranty for defects not caused by misuse or damage after delivery. Specific warranty details are provided with the product.

10. Liability
10.1 Limitation of Liability: Lovekeys is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
10.2 Force Majeure: Lovekeys is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

13.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts, and all proceedings will be governed by French law.

Lovekeys reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and the new terms will apply from the date of publication.
